Do meaningful work. Learn constantly. Stay human while doing it.
At Ease Counseling & Consulting is a trauma-informed, relationship-centered practice that believes good therapy — and good training — happens in spaces that are supportive, thoughtful, and grounded in real life. We’re serious about ethical care and growth, but we don’t believe clinicians need to burn out or be perfect to do good work.
If you value curiosity, collaboration, strong supervision, and a practice that actually walks its talk, you might feel at home here.
Job Opportunities:
Senior LPCMH - Clinical Practice, Supervision & Community Programs
At Ease Wellness Collective | Dover, Delaware + Hybrid/Virtual
At Ease Wellness Collective is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) who is interested in doing excellent clinical work while potentially helping us shape what comes next. At Ease began as an outpatient counseling practice and is expanding into a broader wellness collective designed to support people both within and beyond the traditional therapy hour. Our work brings together therapy, wellness, education, community experiences, and innovative approaches to nervous-system regulation. We are seeking an LPCMH who may be interested in a unique combination of direct clinical care, supervision and mentorship, and community-based education and programming. The Role This position can be tailored to the strengths and interests of the right clinician and may include:
Providing individual, couples, family, or other outpatient counseling services
Providing clinical supervision, consultation, and mentorship to master's-level graduate counseling interns
Supporting the clinical development of emerging therapists
Helping develop and facilitate psychoeducational groups, community education, wellness experiences, and collaborative programming
Participating in community partnerships and special events
Contributing ideas for new clinical and wellness programming as At Ease continues to grow
We are particularly interested in someone who enjoys mentoring, collaboration, creativity, and thinking beyond a traditional private-practice model. Who We're Looking For
Applicants must hold an active Delaware LPCMH license and be able to practice independently.
Clinical supervision experience is strongly preferred, although we welcome experienced clinicians who are interested in developing further in this area.
We value clinicians who practice with curiosity, flexibility, and respect for individual differences. Experience or interest in areas such as trauma, neurodivergence, nervous-system regulation, somatic approaches, EMDR, family systems, couples work, perinatal mental health, or other specialty areas is welcomed but not required.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who values autonomy and collaboration—someone who brings their own clinical strengths and ideas rather than feeling they need to practice exactly like everyone else.
Schedule & Work Setting
This is designed to be a flexible hybrid position.
Clinical work may include both in-person services at our Dover, Delaware office and telehealth.
Hours can be structured around the clinician's availability, client needs, supervision responsibilities, and community programming.
Full-time involvement is preferred, but we are very open to the right person joining At Ease in a more focused capacity.
We would also consider:
An LPCMH interested primarily in clinical supervision and mentorship
An LPCMH interested primarily in direct clinical practice
A part-time clinician who would like the opportunity to grow into a larger role over time
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with compensation structured according to the responsibilities included in the clinician's role.
Clinical services may be compensated through a percentage-based model, while supervision, program development, community education, and other non-clinical responsibilities may be compensated separately at an established rate.
Specific structure and compensation will be discussed based on experience, responsibilities, and the type of role the clinician is seeking.
Why At Ease? We believe meaningful mental health and wellness work doesn't always fit neatly into a 50-minute therapy session. At Ease Wellness Collective is building a model where therapy, wellness, education, technology, experiential learning, and community connection can work alongside one another. Our growing work includes traditional outpatient counseling as well as graduate clinician training, nervous-system regulation and biofeedback approaches, psychoeducation, community partnerships, and experiential wellness programming. This is an opportunity for an experienced clinician to maintain the flexibility and autonomy of private-practice work while also having the option to mentor developing clinicians, create programming, pursue areas of professional interest, and contribute to the growth of something different.
